Wynery
Located in the privileged setting of the Chartreuse natural park, our grape varieties benefit from a rich and varied terroir.
This richness gives our wines a rare character.
Activities and approach
Environment
Working organically and biodynamically means taking care of the soil, anticipating illnesses, working as much as possible with decoctions and herbal teas…
It also means intervening as little as possible in the winemaking process but watching over the grain every day, controlling the fermentations and the parameters… and being patient and confident!
Horn dung, horn silica, minimal doses of copper, a little sulfur, herbal teas, indigenous yeasts…
But no added yeasts or oenological products. In the end, we offer you wines with few sulphites.

Florent cut his teeth as a wine merchant. Passionate about winemaking, he naturally turned to viticulture.
